Automation for steam and condensate system

The system can be configured to include the following components:

• pressure monitoring and control subsystem for the main steam manifold and on the drying groups

• pressure drops monitoring and control subsystem for main drying groups

• temperature profile monitoring and control subsystem for drying section that controls individual cylinders or groups of cylinders for optimal drying mode

• paper machine heating subsystem, that ensures maximum warm-up rate with minimum energy consumption

• steam consumption monitoring subsystem

• secondary steam control subsystem for management of steam recycling for higher energy efficiency
• subsystem for control of secondary steam, which ensures optimal use of energy resources in the process of paper web drying
