We offer our own solutions for industrial automation, as well as measuring instruments and sensors for various industries.

Brand promotion

In 2001, based on the requirements of pulp and paper manufacturers AQUAR-SYSTEM developed and comissioned its first designs of automated control systems and sensors based on infrared and microwave technology.

Since 2005, the company has a dedicated Automation Systems Department that is operating and growing to this day.

In 2009-2011, a number of devices and systems for various industries were launched into serial production.

In 2012, AQUAR-SYSTEM adopted and started to implement the strategy  to organize a network of dealers and distributors in countries all over the world.

In 2015, our best-selling serial production sensors were certified for European Conformity (CE).

In 2014-2017, we introduced a new generation of our microwave and infrared sensors lineups. During this period, was making an active move to promote its products to the market of the European Union.

In 2017, company’s Quality Management System was certified for copmliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.

In 2018-2020, a number of our sensor and automation products for pulp and paper, chemical and food processing industries underwent extensive redesign and upgrades.

Since 2020, AQUAR-SYSTEM is a contracted OEM supplier of microwave consistency sensors for BTG (a Voith company) – a multinational provider of process solutions for the global pulp and paper industry.

Our products are based on the stae of the art science and technology. All our designs and products are based on the original ideas of our specialists and our own «know-how». Being in close contact with our customers, we adapt our products to existing technological processes and new industry requirements.

We strive to provide you with the highest quality products and services. We do this by constantly improving our products and processes, as well as motivating our employees. Customer satisfaction is a priority for us, we strictly comply with all the requirements of the quality management system ISO9001:2015.

AQUAR-SYSTEM has the necessary permits to  the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of technical devices in hazardous industries:

Our results for 30 years

This year is very important and meaningful for us as a company—we are celebrating our 30th anniversary since inception! This date reflects our development path and the results we have achieved our aspirations, and plans for the future.

During this time, we have grown both in quantitative and qualitative aspects and we want to share some figures with you. The scientific and technical staff of our company is more than 50 people. Most of our company’s scientific staff are candidates and doctors of sciences, holding in total about 260 copyright certificates and patents.

For 30 years of our work we:

– developed more than 50 unique samples of equipment and industrial systems

– implemented at more than 140 enterprises of the pulp and paper industry paper pulp consistency sensors, paper web quality control systems, infrared and microwave moisture sensors, radioisotope density meters and ash meters, paper pulp control valves, etc.

– equipped more than 60 mills and grain processing plants with automated grain moistening systems before grinding

– installed grain flow moisture sensors at more than 700 agricultural enterprises and farms

– implemented more than 200 automation systems for a number of industries of pulp and paper industry, petrochemistry, food industry, agriculture, etc.

We have developed a network of distributors with supplies in more than 30 countries.

We have implemented the ISO quality management system and successfully confirm it annually at the international audit.

Every year we develop new inventions, expand production, enter new sales markets, and win the trust of the leaders of the pulp and paper industry, and a number of other industries.
