In 2001, based on the requirements of pulp and paper manufacturers from Belarus and Russia AQUAR-SYSTEM developed and comissioned its first designs of automated control systems and sensors based on infrared and microwave technology. .
Since 2005, the company has a dedicated Automation Systems department that is operating and growing to this day.
In 2009-2011, a number of devices and systems for various industries were launched into serial production.
In 2012, AQUAR-SYSTEM adopted and started to implement the strategy to organize a network of dealers and distributors in countries all over the world.
In 2015, our best-selling serial production sensors were certified for European Conformity (CE).
In 2014-2017, we introduced a new generation of our microwave and infrared sensors lineups. During this period, was making an active move to promote its products to the market of the European Union.
In 2017, company’s Quality Management System was certified for copmliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
In 2018-2020, a number of our sensor and automation products for pulp and paper, chemical and food processing industries underwent extensive redesign and upgrades.
Since 2020, AQUAR-SYSTEM is a contracted OEM supplier of microwave consistency sensors for BTG (a Voith company) – a multinational provider of process solutions for the global pulp and paper industry.
