Butter moisture meter A314M

The butter moisture meter is designed for continuous automatic measurement of the current moisture content of the product in the flow at the outlet of the production line immediately before packaging.

The moisture meter A314M is a microwave resonator multiparameter device, the
operating principle of which is based on measuring the dielectric constant of
butter in the ultrahigh-frequency range. The dielectric constant of butter depends on the original product (cream), but mainly on the moisture content.

Advantages:

  • the sensor does not require calibration during operation
  • wear-resistant measuring surface for use in the toughest conditions
  • the front panel of the sensor, that in contact with the measured material, is made of wear-resistant steel with ceramics, and, if necessary, can be easily replaced during long-term operation
